PWBA 開幕
今シーズンは数多くの女子プロボウラーがボール契約等を変更しており、
あの選手はどのボールを投げるのだろう、この選手はどれだろうと、
考えを巡らせ、非常に楽しみにしていました。
そんな時突然悲報が、
大会直前になり、私が応援している Verity Crawley（イギリス）, Daria Pajak（ポーランド）が共にビザの更新が認めらず、急遽帰国、1月の大会に参加することが出来ないと言うのです。
寂しいぞ〜。 早く、帰ってきて〜。

I’m devastated to say.... I will 𝗻𝗼𝘁 be competing at the three PWBA events in January.
To cut a long story short: I no longer have a visa to be in the United States. I was denied a new visa and because of that I have to leave the country.
I will be flying back to England on Sunday and applying again, with hope of approval. I will do everything I can to be back for the PWBA in April.
Keep your fingers crossed. 🤞

I’m just heartbroken.
I have been for a long time now as this has been going on since March 2020.
It has taken its toll on me as US has been my home since 2012. This is where I got educated, where I became a professional athlete, where I made lots of friends and met the love of my life.
I’m devastated Verity and I will not have a chance to compete in January and as of now, there is nothing we can do other than keep fighting, reapply... and hope for a different outcome this time around.
Unfortunately it is not an easy process, neither a fast one...
But we will do everything to find our way back ❤️

そして、PWBA 開幕。
新型コロナウイルスの影響で2020年はすべて大会が中止となったアメリカ女子プロボウリングツアーが2019年9月以来1年4ヶ月ぶりに再開。
第1戦 PWBA Bowlers Journal Classic
優勝 Shannon O'Keefe
2019年に5勝を挙げ、
2年連続 PWBA Player of the Year Award を獲得した彼女。
相変わらず、強いです。
第2戦 PWBA ITRC Classic 優勝 Bryanna Cote
晴れ
ここで突然才能あふれたヤングスターを目にすることになったのです。
その人とはこの２戦目で準優勝をした Jillian Martin 選手、16歳。
若々しく、パワフルそしてファイトあふれるプレー。そしてスペアの安定感も言うこと無し。
私の好みのボウリングスタイル・プレイヤーです。
PWBA ツアー最年少優勝の記録を逃がしましたが、これからが非常に楽しみな選手です。
PWBA メンバーではないので、あまり目に触れることはないかもしれませんが、
